Care Mutual Recipe Contest Winner

Congratulations to Robert from Lake Forest, CA who won Care Mutual’s first annual Holiday Recipe Contest!  Robert seriously brought the goods with his Ganja Lasagna, and we are sharring the recipe with all the OCW readers.  Robert won some high quality free meds for his efforts and he said he will be using them to experiment with some new recipies of his.  We might just have to feature the fruits of his efforts in a future article.  But for now, here is Robert’s Ganja Lasagna.

Robert’s Ganja Lasagna

Ingredients Needed:

Spaghetti Sause of your choosing

Lasagna Pasta

1 cup Water

1lb Ground Beef

1/2 cup dried & grated Ganja Buds

3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

1lb Ricotta Cheese

1/2 grated Mozzarella Cheese

1 beaten Egg

2 cups Spinach

1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 F

In a saucepan, brown ground beef.  Drain fat, add spaghetti sauce and water, then bring to a boil.

In a large bowl mis together ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, grated ganja, and nutmeg.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

To Assemble:

Spread a layer of hot spaghetti sauce mixture in the bottom of a 4 liter (13” x 9” x 2”) pan.  Layer lasagna pasta, 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/3 sauce mixture, then lasagna again.  Use remaining sauce mixture for the top layer and top that with parmesan cheese.

Bake covered with aluminum foil at 375 F for 40 minutes.  Remove foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Serves 6-8.  Tastes great, works with hash and leaves too.

REMEMBER: Only eat one piece per hour.  This recipe is intended for those people with a valid doctors recommendation for medical marijuana.
